Parabola Road The Decameron Anthology has been released by Sanctuary/Castle. It is a 2-CD set with three albums COMPLETE (Mammoth, Third Light and Tomorrows Pantomime) PLUS SEVEN EXTRA TRACKS like Cheltenham Ladies, Twinset and Pearls, and three songs recorded as their alter ego The Magnificent Mercury Brothers - New Girl in School, Why Do Fools Fall In Love? and What About Us? Parabola Road is where the band lived in Cheltenham and wrote many of the songs. Also soon to be released on CD at last is Decameron's rare Say Hello to the Band first album - together with several recordings never released before. These include some songs planned for Beyond the Days (the album before Mammoth Special and never completed) such as the original version of Parade with all their fathers singing in the hymnal section. Also included is Friday Night at the Regal, Half Asleep in Welwyn Garden City, Call it Sleep, and the single version of Rock 'n' Roll Away.
