Ron Chesterman dies.

Sadly Ron Chesterman has died. Ron was the third member of Draught Porridge alongside Noel Murphy and Davey Johnson (who later found fame and fortune with Elton John as his lead guitarist and music director)

Talking of Noel Murphy.....work has been completed on a new CD. A compilation of 41 tracks from a very long career in folk music. Some tracks including three with Davey have not been unleashed on the unsuspecting public before.

We'll keep you posted on the release date (July 2007 is not out of the question) and hopefully will have copies for sale from this site.
